"Please Run!! I bought something yesterday that qualifies for a 30-day return and today they didn't want to return it to me. They have 3 girls who don't care about anything except using their cell phones, including the “manager.” I will never ever buy something in this place!"

I wasn’t sure what shoe I wanted so I was carrying one box and looking for another shoe because I wasn’t sure if that’s the one I wanted. So she kept going up to me asking if I’m going to get that one . I’ve never felt so uncomfortable, nobody wants to steal no 80$ sandles"
"Wouldn’t let me exchange my $100 sandals my boyfriend bought me that did not fit me because they were supposedly “already worn” and that obviously wasn’t true because my bf had just boughten them for me and I never used them because they didn’t fit!! Never shopping at this location again bunch of little snotty rude girls in the front that need better training"
"The staff here went above and beyond for us. They had the shoes my mom and I wanted at their storage unit down the hall from the store and their staff went and looked for our sizes for about 15 minutes. He came back with them and we were beyond happy."
