A $300 security deposit is required, which will be refunded after the event if the facility is returned in good condition. The outdoor terrace can also be added to the rental for an additional $200.
The Coral Pine Park Multipurpose Room can accommodate up to 70 guests and comes equipped with ten 6-foot rectangle tables and seventy folding chairs. Set-up and break-down times are included in the rental period.
