The park features a 7,600 square foot Community Center with a room available for rent that can accommodate up to 75 people, making it ideal for seminars, corporate meetings, and parties. Additionally, there are four 40-person capacity Pavilions with BBQ grills, an 85-person capacity Patio area, and a state-of-the-art Splash Pad for visitors to cool off on hot days. The park also boasts several athletic fields, making it a versatile facility for a range of activities. Please note that permits are required for lessons, training, or any organized activities at Vizcaya Park.

"Bathrooms are always closed by the basketball courts, water fountain broken, broken basketball hoop for about a year. Disappointed to have all of this issues in such a great park for kids and adults in our great community of miramar."
"The grounds are uneven and poorly maintained. The restrooms are always locked. The basketball hoops have no nets. The end zone on the football fields are leaning. The splash pad is never open. The Gym is never open unles your friends with one of the workers there. Our taxes pay for this facility I’m not asking for anything free."
