"What a terrible experience, I don’t know where they are getting these 5* reviews, because based on my experience, they don’t deserved more than one star. The 1st estimate they sent was over my budget, and the carnival set they were offering didn’t fit my space. They started calling around 2 weeks before the event, now they were willing to separate the set and only rent what it fit on my property. The price also was more affordable, so we decided to rent 3 of the carnival theme inflatable. I paid the deposit that day. When the date was getting close, 4 days before the event, I was on the phone with a lady talking about the final details, the drop off and pick up. I explained to her, that since we live in a private Community, and we had chosen a package that allow them to drop and pick the inflatable 48 hours before and 48 hours after the event, that it will be better if they can pick them up on Monday. She told me that there is not problem with that, and she noted this information. A few minutes later, I received a phone call from a man, he told me that this other person told him that they won’t be able to come in Sunday to pick up the inflatable, I told him that I wasn’t sure, that I needed to find out, he then told me that if that was the case, I will have to pay an additional night, which it’s understandable, but when I asked him if that will guarantee the pick up on Sunday, he replied No. I told him them I will not pay for an extra night, you are just trying to scam me just because I was honest and I was trying to save you a headache. He then started screaming, told me that he will cancel the order, 4 days before the event. I told him that he won’t have any problem to get them back on Sunday, and after that I contacted the president of the board, who immediately told me that he will make an exception, and noted the name of the company. While I was doing that, they were calling the condominium to speak with security and ask if I was telling the truth. When I was about to tell the lady by text that I got authorized, she told me that they called the community, I took a copy screen of the text conversation with the president of the board, and they still didn’t believe me. They requested an email from the president of the board with a number of details and information that it needed to be on the email. He sent them the email. After that I have to text her everyday asking when they were planning on doing the drop off, during a week day I come and go many times during the day, I was trying to get ready for them, they ended up coming the same day of the event (Saturday). I was not impressed by the product. They were dirty, one game was missing balls, the whole point of the game were the balls, and the person setting the game couldn’t keep the balls floating. The other set that has rings, they were bend to the point they look more like ovals than circles, find pictures attached. In general not impressed about the product itself. Before they left I asked them when and at what time should I expected them to come to pick them up, they told me that before the office closed about 6:30 pm they will let me know. No one contacted me that day. Sunday 7:40 am I received a text telling me that they will be at my property in 20’. I was awake, but I was not expecting them to come at this time, specially because they didn’t inform me the day before. They came, they got them back into the truck and I closed my door. I was inside my house for about 10 minutes planning breakfast and I decided to get some groceries, to my surprise, they were still parked in front on my property. I got my car and I told them that they need to leave the property asap. That they were making too much noise on a Sunday 8:40 am with a truck running for over 20 minutes. I had to wait on my car to see them finally leave. Stay away from this company, instead of bringing joy, they will only add more stress to your event, the product itself was not great or a hit between my friends and family, saved your money and a headache."

"The experience with this company was very smooth. From the moment I contacted them, they treated me with respect and gave me options for my need. The delivery was on time, and pick up too. I will definitely be contacting them for another inflatable. Btw my son loved the “all American doble slide” . I did too."
