"Horrible customer service! The owner was super rude when SHE forgot the tablecloth and the entire order showed up incorrectly. She blamed the customer and threatened to take everything and leave, instead of apologizing and correcting her mistake. Customer had to pay full price. The employees are super nice and sweet and the product is good, but We will never use this company again. Super unorganized and beyond unprofessional!"
"Be careful not to ruin your holiday! Last Sunday: 2 hours late!!! Without explanation, they brought the wrong inflatable house that we ordered. It took another hour to deliver the right inflatable house to us. They brought a very old and broken inflatable house. The money was not returned. Disappointment!!!"
