"I’ve been part of the YMCA for over 30 years, this Fort Myers location is by far the worst YMCA that I’ve even been to, I’m embarrassed to tell my kids that this is where I came as a kid, only my YMCA was in New York. This YMCA is old, run down, not kept up, not accommodating to its members, the gymnasium is always full of toddlers, I signed my kids up to be able to play indoor basketball but in 2 months they have only been able to play twice and we’ve come dozens of times. I had no idea this place was a full time day care with tons of little kids running around with not enough adults to take care of them. Probably won’t get any money back for this waste of time and money."

"This review is for the Men’s Softball League and Devon Devost, the Sports Coordinator in particular. After taking a year off (granted due to the hurricane) they throw together a low effort short season, charge full price for it, send the schedule out the day before the games start, doesn’t respond to emails, books games on holidays. It’s pathetic how this league is run. We’ve been playing for 8 years now and every time I think it can’t get any worse, they surprise me. If they weren’t the only league in Fort Myers they’d have no customers. Supremely dissatisfied. Devon, if you see this, check your inbox!"
