"It has been so long since I had my custom pantry installed by Alpha Closets that there were no records in their computer. At least 12 to 14 years ago. The pantry has been in full use since then and I’ve been very pleased with it. However, last weekend it partially collapsed. I thought I’d drop by the office on Monday and see what the good people at Alpha Closets recommended I do. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. I showed them photos and emailed them to the office so that their guys could figure out what the problem was. Within a couple of hours I received an email stating that they’d be out the next morning to tear down the shelves and they should be able to reinstall that afternoon. Tuesday morning they came and did just as promised. They explained that they do not use the system previously installed in my pantry anymore but they would upgrade me to their current, much stronger system. They completed the work, were extremely polite and informative and did a thorough job cleaning up afterwards. This was truly over and above any warranty expectations. Alpha Closets not only stands by their work, they are professional and extremely pleasant to work with. I highly recommend them to anyone who wants quality work and no hassle guarantees."

"11/14/2022 Our experience with Alpha Closets: Amy our saleslady-Amazing. She listened and helped us make the best closet design for us. Installation day-rough. Email read we would receive a call around 8AM. I called Alpha Closets at 9:25AM inquiring when to expect delivery/installation. I am told give her about 30 minutes and she would call me back with a time. 45 minutes later, I call Alpha Closets again due to lack of communication. I was told our stuff was out for delivery. Very happy to say that we heard from installers when they were about 45 minutes away and they arrived pretty close to that time. They promptly got to work and installed what we ordered, including cleaning up the closet when work was completed. Only hiccup was a shelf was not the correct width and I was contacted on Friday about getting this to me."

"We moved into a Condo and had to do some downsizing. However, we decided to have custom built-in to give us more storage space. We didn’t want them to look like something that was just put in, but rather a piece of furniture. Liz worked with us to get exactly what we wanted. We also wanted some wood trim that would match the kitchen cupboards and she found a stain that matched. The men, Brett and Ryan, who installed were great. Not only did they do a fantastic job installing everything, they were so polite AND they always cleaned up after themselves. In the past, I would have to clean up after workers left. I’m not sure how they compare in price as I didn’t shop around. They were referred to us and we went with them. We have now referred a neighbor. My husband always says, “You get what you pay for.” We wanted quality and we got it."

Knowledgable, skilled professionals who have mastered their trade and products. Every contact was clearly geared toward providing me what I wanted, when where and how I wanted it. "After admiring a friend’s closet and two single bed installation one evening and finding they highly recommended Alpha we drove to the design store to investigate our options. The staff at Alpha then designed, built and installed a custom Murphy bed and a custom closet bank for our home. The installation created a flexible guest room that we are able to use as a sewing/ironing room with space for a small desk or use as a comfortable queen size bed guest room when we have overnight guests. The bank of four closets with hanging bars and/or shelving is versatile and functional while providing some much needed storage space in our small beach cottage. The salesperson at the store was friendly and helpful, never pushy while she explained options and pricing. She was very knowledgeable and answered any questions we had about the ordering, building, installation process, cost and timeline. The designer who came to our home to measure and discuss our needs offered excellent and constructive suggestions which we followed and have been grateful for. The gentlemen who delivered, assembled and installed both units were professional, courteous, meticulous, did an excellent job and cleaned up every spec of dust upon completion of the installation. The entire process was painless and simple for us, all of the timelines were met as promised and we would definitely use Alpha again if we had a need. We have recommended Alpha to many of our friends who were impressed by the pieces in our home and interested is something similar."
