"My wife and I visited with another couple friends on a date night. Parking was pretty good. The place was busy, but not packed. The shoes are plenty in all sizes. Everyone we met was great and happy to please and provided great customer service...until we ordered the food. It's comfort food. I understand it's not gourmet perfect, but it was acceptable and pretty good actually. On the evening of 17 February 2024, the little lady behind the cash register was absolutely horrible. Her attitude was like she wanted to go home... Ma'am, you should have just went home! It took about an hour for my wife and I to get our food. We ordered fries, wings, and 2 fountain drinks. The drinks took over an hour... Everything is right there... she said she'll bring them to us. They forgot! The lady with her two daughters in the lane next to us never got their food. We'll be looking for another bowling alley location for date night in the short term. We did enjoy the help with the operation of the computer for the lane. Everyone else was great. Sorry, I can't recommend this location..."

"No complaints. I've gone a few times now. Friendly customer service. I got fries that was it but they were extra crispy and delicious. Small amount of games in he game room but it's nice."

"Me and seven other work buddies decided to have a fun night out. After 20 minutes of being checked in and seated to our lane the manager with a long ponytail decided to say some of our party didn't pay!!? When we went back up there to talk with him, not only would he not talk or explain his accusations.. He wouldn't even make eye contact with me when he was two feet away from us. I proceeded to get the manager above him (that also helped checked us in) and he had no problem addressing the situation and fixing the issue. But still said nothing about his rude employer. When we first got there, at 7pm we ordered a pizza...meat lovers with bacon. The pizza arrived an hour and a half later with just pepperoni and sausage. Another person in my party ordered food and never received it, when we left three and a half hours later, their order was never put in. The people next to us explained they have had the same horrible service that night. The was a Sunday night around 7pm they have 64 lanes and not even 20 of them we're being used. I would hate to see their service on a busy night. This company could have made a killing, if our experience was better we would have more work outings at that location! More money for them? But now you have about 8 people that are horrified with your service and have told all their friends and other co-workers to not pick your establishment for any events!! I suggest you have a talk with your staff and improve management as well. Good luck."

"One of the better maintained and managed bowling alleys I've been to in years. Kids had a lot of fun; the arcade was a plus. Staff were friendly and attentive--a rarity at most alleys and a nice surprise. Look forward to returning."

"Bowling here is always a fun time; the lanes are usually well oiled. The arcade has a decent selection of fun games like skeeball, BOP IT, Mario Kart GP, and a remixed version of Pac-Man along with others. As far as the food goes, the wings are the outlier here. I prefer the lemon pepper since it complements the chicken the best. I’ve tried buffalo and it was somewhat okay. The Monster Burger isn’t much to write home about however, since it is lacking in flavor. The special sauce is far from special so I’ll just stick to the wings. Overall, Bowlero Bradenton seems to be a well rounded alley."
