"The staff speaks to each other in Spanish which is rude and ignorant to the American customers, in America which is where we are. I told the cashier I don’t speak Spanish and she responded “its ok”. Of course it is, we are in America. It is NOT ok that she, as the cashier in an American store, in America, barely speaks English."

"I would love for Miriam to be recognized for providing exceptional customer service and for being so kind and courteous. I visited the Victoria Secret store in Dadeland Mall this afternoon. I needed to exchange the sizes of 2 swimsuits I had purchased online. When, i walked into the store, it was jam packed with people due to mega sale going on. I asked for help with my exchange and an employee pointed to the 2 small areas where I could maybe find my size. I looked in 1 area and didn't find anything. Then I went towards the cashiers and searched in the second area. I began searching but, then gave up. Then an employee that was by me in the second area asked if she could help me. I explained to her what I needed. She looked in both areas and found one swimsuit for me and the other one that wasn't in the store, she ordered it for me. She went above and beyond for me. She was so helpful and had great knowledge of how and what to do to resolve my exchange. I would love for Miriam to be recognized and if possible to have her train other employees on how to be awesome like she is. Thank you!"
