"Absolute BEST movie theater in the Winter Garden area. We have been at least 5 times and it is pure luxury. Nice BIG reclining seats and extremely clean. You are not right I too if the person next to you. At the push of a button your server will arrive and take your food or drink order. I will say that the food can take a bit of time to arrive so plan accordingly. The kids cannot go to another theater now, it’s Cinépolis for life."
"This is a fantastic theater! All the staff working the morning/early afternoon shift 12/21/23 were extremely helpful and kind. I managed to buy tickets at one Cinépolis and show up at another location. They walked me through getting a refund and booking new tickets; the whole process was really simple. The service throughout the movie was fantastic. Each server was really prompt, thoughtful, and didn’t mind that our group alone must’ve called them 20 times! Our whole family sat together—eight of us in total—and no one had a single complaint. For my grumpy family that is a miracle. The screen was brilliant, our chairs were comfortable, and the audio was perfect. I only had popcorn and candy but I’m told the food was delicious. The next time I’m in town I’ll come back!"
