"this location is literally the worst, I’m not sure if their managers are aware, but their closing crew always closes the store ahead of closing hours. It’s very inconvenient and absolutely unacceptable. Why have closing hours posted if your employees are going to do whatever they want??? I get out of work at a certain time and I drive all the way over and they’re closed for no reason. It’s every time I’ve tried to pass by 30 minutes before their posted closing time which is 7pm."
"i visited this location today and waoo it was a kindergarden patio. the sales assocites where all sitting on top of the register playing games and screaming out loud.Talking about the superbowls and Rihanna lol ignoring all the custumers there when we try to ask a question they ignor me completely the store was a BIG MESS i just gave up and left this is so downgrading for the pacsun its one of my fav store but this location its a NO NO NO for me i went on 02/11/2023 at 5:15"
"I usually don't rate 1 star places but in this case. I've been waiting outside their door to open for more than an hour on a Sunday. It states they open at 11am and I got here at 11:10am. It's 12:05 and they still haven't opened. The employees didn't even come to the door to tell me what's going on. They just blew me away with their hands from far. Never coming to this pacsun again."
"This Pacsun location (the falls) states on the website that opening time is 10 am…I showed up at 10 Am and the guy inside had the store locked and wasn’t polite enough to come to the door and tell me he had decided to change the opening hour. He saw me and only signaled from the counter. Unacceptable, update the website hours for the convenience of your current and future customers. And most importantly, why was the store closed? He literally wasn’t doing anything other than standing by the counter."
"The store needs new sales associates, every time I asked a question it was “ No” and they seemed as if they were too busy making a staff schedule to actually help and look for items in the store. I will continue to make my purchases online. I inquired about the special release items and I may have it in back. If you don’t want to check the back for the items put it on the shelves!"
