"We purchased a very expensive patio set made by “Fishtales” that supposedly would not fade and hold up to the heat and sun in Florida...well that turned out to be a load of BS. I did call Patio Joe’s about this and they directed me straight to the manufacturer. Well after months of trying to reach the manufacturer to no avail and thousands of dollars wasted... our 2 year old patio set is going on the garbage. I wish this situation could have been solved by Patio Joe’s as they are who we purchased the furniture from. I don’t believe as a customer it is my job to reach out to manufacturers that they purchase items from. I’m sorry I gave this place business."

"Deplorable. I attempted to order cushions after being told they would be made in 1-2 weeks. Over 6 weeks later they come in, and not only were they were wrong, they were thin due to poor quality. The sales associate constantly argued with me, and I was appalled by her attitude. After sending them back 2 more times & waiting 4 more months I had enough."
