Salt Devils

"I placed 2 orders for Salt Devils shirts on December 3 and 4 of 2023. To date (February 1 2024), I have not received ANY of the items I ordered and paid for. I've tried many times to reach Salt Devils via phone, but no one answered, and their phone number is not set up with voicemail. The last time they updated me was December 28 2023, saying I would be receiving an email soon that my order was being made. Since then, I've sent several emails to Salt Devils trying to get them to respond with the status, but no response at all. With calls and emails not working, I tried to turn to their Facebook page. There was no message button available, so I commented on their most recent post on January 31. Checked back today, February 1, and my comment had been deleted. Tried again, this time screen shotting for proof that I posted. Checked back 4 hours later, and it was deleted as well. Made a 3rd comment attempt and told them I didn't appreciate them deleting my comments asking for help on my orders and that it was terrible customer service to delete comments, but not be able to respond to emails. In my opinion, if they have time to market on Facebook, they have time to respond to emails, especially for orders placed 2 months ago. They then proceeded to delete the picture post I commented on completely. I'm very upset as I have ordered in the past and had no issues, but no response after a month of emails and deleting attempts at getting help on their Facebook, I'm shocked by the terrible customer service. I'm really disappointed about the shirts as well as they were gifts. I'm at the point where I will dispute all orders with my credit card company. Definitely won't be ordering again and have told others who I know order from here about this situation and to beware."

"I ordered 3 shirts on Nov 25th 2023. It is now January 15th, but I still have not received my order (which were Christmas gifts for my husband). I received an email on Dec 20th, stating they were still in production. Since then, I have called (no voice-mail set up) and sent emails, but no response. This used to be a very reputable company so I'm not sure what happened, but they have taken my money and not delivered, and not responded. My husband has several shirts made by them, but I guess that was the end. So disappointed in this company. Their website is still up, and is still taking money from people. I can only assume they are no longer in business."

"We have placed orders with this company in Nov (23) and keep getting your order will be produced soon. It is now mid Jan and still nothing. Next move will be the Better Business Bureau and credit card fraud. False advertisement."

"Placed an order in mid November. Haven’t received my order. Emailed them in the middle of December. They said my order would be filled soon. January 7th STILL no merchandise and no replies to emails now. I’ll be disputing the charge. FRAUD"

"Buyer beware! We placed 4 orders for Salt Devils shirts between November 5 and November 19, 2023. 9 of these shirts were to be for Christmas gifts for our family. To date (December 28), we have not received ANY of the items ordered and paid for. We’ve sent over 10 emails to Salt Devils trying to get them to respond with the status, but no response at all. We are now at the point where we will dispute all 4 orders with our credit card company. Update: Within an hour of posting this negative review, we received emails on 3 or the 4 orders that they are complete and shipped. Why does it take this type of a review to prompt them to honor their obligations. Salt Devils, we are still missing the November 5, 2023 order. Please process."
