"Can you please make decaf an option when ordering ahead???? I get a variety of foods that are always tasty but my favorite is the tortilla (omelet) and my son, the cheese croquetas. I speak English but am learning Spanish. Most of the employees understand my poor Spanish and most of my English. If they don’t, they ask a co worker so communication is no problem."

"I went to order some food on 1/28/24 at around 9:25pm. I got to the counter a young lady by the name of Litzandra started speaking to me in Spanish. I told her I don't speak Spanish, I speak English. She continues to speak Spanish like she was not going to take my order if I didn't speak Spanish. I mean, the name of the bakery is an English name. When my sister starts what's going on, she then says my English is small, which is no problem with me, and all of a sudden, she is speaking English out of nowhere. They have to work on better customer service for Non- Spanish customers at the end of the day this bakery is in America. There are no sign that say that they don't service English speaking customers. Litzandra customer service is very poor. All she had the very first time I told her I did speak Spanish is no problem. My English is not the best, but how can I help you. She was very standoffish. My rating is only on the customer service I received. The food was good"

"Worst place if you want to enjoy delicious dessert. The guy who works there couldn't speak English, and he couldn't translate Spanish for me. How can we even hire people like that?! When I asked about the filling of eclairs, he answered me that the fillings are different and I took to try each type. But inside the filling in all eclairs turned out to be the same. Falan tastes disgusting and smells weird. Cheesecake and Oreo cake do not live up to their names. Waste of money for something that is terribly cooked. All this is from the window display and when you try the food it is immediately clear that they have been lying there for a long time, it is stale and inedible."
