"We ordered a cake, what was the pink frosting was SUPPOSED TO BE RED! The cake itself inside was SUPPOSED TO BE CHOCOLATE! Instead of saying Capricorn in English it was translated Spanish. Not what we asked at all. It was more frosting than anything else… worst bakery ever!"

"I bought a Tiramisu cake today for my mom’s birthday and later that night as I was cutting into the cake it was super hard, I took a bite of and it tasted like spoiled milk… I took a closer look at the cake and saw mold inside of it!! I was so disgusted and disappointed, we went back to the store and the man at the front told us they were closed, we told them this couldnt wait because it was a serious health hazard, we showed them the moldy cake and they said this has never happened before and that they are usually very careful with these things but I saw another review from a year ago of another customer being sold a moldy cake… I usually dont leave reviews but we were VERY displeased by this. If I didnt notice the mold my family could have been infected by mold if they ate this cake. I got my money back at the end but this was just so disappointing."

"I love this place!!! My family always comes here every time we come down south and get the guava pastries and just so you know one pastry is NOT enough.. I now order party platters and also get ham and cheese croissant sandwiches and croquetas and these amazing French tea sandwiches!! Heads up the French sandwiches are to die for.. and in the store you can see their amazing cakes that they also have to offer.. such a beautiful view.. definitely very well worth the stop!!"

"*****MOLD ON CAKE****** We bought a cake for an employee's birthday and it had MOLD!! The cake was old and they tried to excuse the fact that it was modly by saying it was oil added to the cake. They did not want to take responsibility for selling something that was not edible anymore. We wanted to make sure they understood the health issues this might cause someone but all they did was discuss money...which was not the point for going back. Its absolutely disgusting. See the pictures attached. There is mold between the mousse and the cake."

"Come on my people! You guys were on fire when you just opened the stores and were fresh. It's 7am and the store is still closed. You can't fade out now. Especially when munchies is right next door. They open and willing to take my money. Edit. Sat here till 710am. Lost a bunch of costumers in that short time span. Finally opened at 715 as I was walking out of Munchies."
