"They're rude, they don't pay attention to the orders or what they're putting in the bag, and everything tastes bland AF. Third order in a row where they either leave something out or screw up the cafe con leche (ordered one light and one dark, got one light and one even lighter, neither had sugar). After picking it up in person this time I see why it's such a mess. 3-4 women running back and forth yelling at each other, with the one in charge mixing up the orders personally despite the other women correcting her. Done with this place."

"I bought a ham cachito around 10 PM, and it was hard as a rock underneath from carrying heat all day and the supposedly ham, totally charred. Why are they open 24 hours if they are going to sell the garbage left over from all day. By Department of Agriculture regulations, the food must be rotated every so often to ensure freshness for obvious health reasons. Well, and the customer service worse than the food."
"I came here wanting a late night snack, but was very much disappointed. When I walked into the shop the staff only spoke spanish, and weren’t attentive. The girls working kept going to the back for longs periods of time and even on there phones. They then attended the people behind of us first."
