"Beware of shopping here, especially if you encounter Guillermo. My experience with him was nothing short of a nightmare. His demeanor was rude and condescending, displaying a complete lack of respect for customers. It’s appalling that someone with such poor interpersonal skills is allowed to interact with customers. Guillermo’s behavior reflects poorly on the entire store, and it’s clear that he urgently needs comprehensive training in basic customer service etiquette. If this store values its reputation and customer satisfaction, immediate action should be taken regarding Guillermo’s behavior."
