"Absolutely horrible! My dog was severely damaged by the groomer, its already a month and her skin is still not healed. My dog has a mattered hair and the groomer brushed her so harsh that she got red skin tags all over her body. The person who is grooming is supposed to love animals not hurt them. Avoid at all costs!"

"We brought our Australian kelpie to Silvia for 4 nights, 5 days and she was amazing with our dog she bathed her, my dog trusted her and she has a lot of anxiety. I was worried about her settling in but Silvia got rid of our worries and my dog adored her she came out happy from the kennel and didn’t want to leave !! Amazing place to bring your 4- legged friends ❤️"

"My experience with Silvia was excellent! I also read all the reviews, and I mean ALL OF THEM. I hope the rude lady doesn't work there anymore. I got to this place because a friend has been a devoted customer for over ten years and recommended it to me. I have a mini long hair dachshund, just nine pounds of pure love, and I was looking for a kind and caring groomer. Silvia is a lovely lady, excellent with my little Bruce. She did exactly as requested and was an open door service where I could see my little Bruce's reactions. He was comfortable and happy to be there. Until now ( and I hope I never have to deal with the rude lady everyone is talking about), I give this place five stars and plan to come back soon."
