"I took my fluffy Maltese there to get cleaned and I told them to only cut the face a little bit. When I went to pick her up she was completely bald and her face had a disgusting shape. I love my dog but now she looks like a rat. When I asked the lady about it she said that she had a lot of knots and that’s why they had to cut all her hair off, but they should’ve called me first, and her hair was around an inch and a half long and last time I checked she didn’t have any knots. I also couldn’t help notice that she smells like something burnt. I can’t tell if it’s cigarettes or if the blow drier was too hot but every time I hold her she smells weird. She also has a rash on her stomach that I always catch her itching, and she’s walking weird, I don’t know why yet but I’m looking forward to taking her to the vet. That place will never hear from me again after what they did to my baby. The first two photos are the before and the two last are the after."
