"My dogs' grooming was decent the few times Ive taken them although you'll get the usual shear all dogs get. You have to be very specific depending on the breed. No complaints from groomer, although one of my dogs was visibly upset with last drop off - which can be concerning. The two stars are for unresponsiveness to requests for an appt. via text because phone calls also go unanswered. If you dont want the business, have the courtesy to say so. Will return to groomer in Fort Lauderdale who did a steller job although a farther drive for me."

"My family has been coming to South Paw for years and Denise is amazing! Super easy to deal with and the pups always come out looking show ready. I gave my father who lives in Hollywood one of my dogs to keep him company during the quarantine and today was the first time she had been to South Paw. Denise sent me pictures after Lola was done and I can't stop smiling. She came out perfect and I was told she loved everything about being groomed, even the blow dry, which says she felt comfortable with Denise and South Paw. I highly recommend this pet salon! I have never been disappointed, great staff very easy to work with. I am amazed every time I pick up my dogs, very happy.
