"The absolute worst service I have ever had I brought my cat to her home to be groomed. I asked for a full wash and defurmination of my cat. I get home to fill hair coming off of her still so I grab my FURminator all of this comes off after 3 strokes. And I see this patch of hair missing from her shoulder. I called immediately as she has my second cat in the process of being groomed and she says that’s not my fault. I asked repetitively what was not her fault my cat is eight years old in perfect health and has never had patch fur or skin. She was clueless and her husband was extremely rude. His only concern was that I did not want to pay for the service of course I would not pay for the service they mutilated my cat."
