In this case I’ll make a rare exception. First, thank you for helping my mother fill out your useless documents. My apologies for the vaccination records, glad I got them in on time for my pup to be done. There were 4 times that I had mentioned the haircut I wanted. 3 times it was on the phone. I’ll forgive those. You were asked to do something specific, undeniable absent skill, and unmistakable. Yet somehow your better judgement told you to use the same hair line as his tiny patch from his surgery for his entire head? Without even consulting????? If the last thing you heard was, no lion. Yes lion. Lion. Lion. That’s signal. Even for the deaf and blind. What you did ma’am was undeniably, and unmistakably horrific and you should be ashamed of what you in every aspect of this transaction."
