"Terrible customer service and a rude and a terrible character and no sense of customer service and helping the Customer. I had bought a pair of Kyrie 4's about 1 month ago and the shoe was defective (had rotten laces) and we went to return them and when we arrived without a second doubt immediately told us in the rudest way possible they cant do it. Their manager (which she said her name was "Sofia") was very rude and terrible towards us and didn't find any other way to help us. And her staff were just terrible and didn't try to help us at all. Terrible store and staff and I hope never to return again."
