"I brought our two schitzus to her back in early April of 2022. First and foremost she completed both dogs literally in one hour and 15 minutes!! Amazing, and her pricing was definitely better than any of her competitors. She has someone that covers the washing and she alone completes all the grooming, phones etc. Almost a one man show and that is possibly why the place needs more attention to the cleanliness of the office and entry areas and hopefully she will be able to find another helper. In any event, on this visit there was a small accident with one of my dogs, Barney BUT without question or hesitation she jumped immediately into action! She was fully involved in caring, offering suggestions, fulfilling what she believed was her responsibility all the way to the end and followed up constantly. Very professional!! Not sure how many other groomers would have been so immediatly "hands on" but that alone spoke volumes to me!! I truly appreciate her work, actions and follow through and with that all being said, YES, I would recommend her to you, my friends and family."
"Oh my gosh!!!!! If I could give more stars I would! Bertica, is so good with dogs and their people! I took my 2 year old Standard Poodle and my 7 month old miniature poodle. Their grooms were the best they have ever had! She did a beautiful job and I am pretty picky. Most important they were happy and relaxed when I picked them up. She will be my groomer as long as I have dogs."
