I took him in at pretty short notice, and the kind lady over the phone was very responsive to questions I had. When I received him again, he had a lion's mane and smelled really nice. I think he looks very good, but my other cat hardly recognizes him and hisses at him. I appreciate everything you have done, I'm sure it was no easy task!"
