"Not a friendly or warm environment at all. The shop feels and looks more like a stuffy vet office. Very clinical, not fun or happy. Upcharged me immediately and overcharged based on the weight of my dog and length of the dog's hair. I was not even introduced to the groomer working on my dog. Owner was condescending and practically rude talking down to you if you don't speak her "groomer" lingo. Grooming job was good although she was way overbrushed/fluffed and her front was a little crooked."
"They do beautiful work but I am not at all happy with their pricing or transparency. I took a doodle in for a full trim 2 months ago and it cost around $130. That time when I paid I asked about cheaper alternatives. They suggested that if I liked the longer hair I could have a 'Face, Feet and Fanny' (FF&F) done next time and it would be much cheaper. So this time I schedule what they suggested and even said when I got there that I only wanted a FF&F. I asked how much it would be and the lady said she didn't know. She said that a full trim was would be $115 plus any matting issues but she didn't see "any real problems". I took that to mean that it would be the FF&F price and any matting costs, which would be minimal. Then when I go to pick up the dog she looks great but seriously over brushed, and they charged me $150. When I asked why she tried to tell me that the minimum was $115 and they had extra due to matting. I tried to explain that I only asked for a FF&F and she says that's what they did but they had to do more. I didn't want to keep arguing so I paid my bill and took my dog and told them I wont be back. Either tell me up front what the costs are or do what I asked for and charge me accordingly. Don't do what you want and charge what you want."
