"This place should be shut down immediately… I have never felt so UNWELCOMED; especially at a place that “welcomes” animals. My Doberman is the sweetest dog, I needed a simple nail trim. I put on a mesh muzzle for her (just in case) like a responsible owner should do…mind you she’s never worn one so it was a bit tricky putting it on. The Owner proceeds to grab my dogs face aggressively! If I needed help I’d ask… she’s lucky my girl doesn’t bite! Protect your pups, she’s the Animal!"

"I have a munchkin cat and Golden doodle They are groomed by Lisa and staff. I’ve been coming to Her for almost 4 years now. I was their yesterday which the staff was very Good to my pets . The lady that say She had a bad experience I’m sorry to hear That but I was there @ 9:00 am and 12:00 And back again 1:00 because Lisa didn’t want my cat to have to be longer because The Golden doodle want done yet Due to all the customers she was doing. The lady that wrote the bad review couple Question 1. Did you ask to speak to Lisa. 2. Before paying did you let them know you weren’t happy. 3 . Did you ask her staff about you feeling they were rude . 4. Before making a review when your not Happy you need to let the owner know How the service was so they handle it and make it right . Thank you Lisa and Staff for you wonderful Job and taking care of my baby’s!"
