"Our 7 year old rescue puppy mill mama did great here. She was beautifully groomed, calm and trusted her groomer, Erica. Usually, puppy mill dogs are mistrustful, frightened and try to flee due to the abuse they received most of their lives. I think our dog sensed authentic friends of animals at Romi's which is why she was very cooperative and unafraid. We will be returning. It's very reassuring to know we have someone like Erica who, so easily, made a trusting connection with our Tinkerbell."

"This place is great we have been taking our dog there for a while now and they know who we are just by calling them. We used to take our dog to the vet to get her nails done, they were twice plus the price and didn't as good of a job. I sat and watched her get her nails done today and not one peep out of my dog, when I try it you would think I was killing her. As for their grooming skills they are also excellent!"
