"Very poor customer service. The gentleman who helped me seemed to be having a bad Friday. My perception was was the following: seemed like he was mandated or obligated to serve against his will. He was rushing all the time, he wanted me out of the store quickly. Maybe his covid19 panicked. I asked an opinion about work boots. I asked about which one was more comfortable between Bates and Reebok because in the past I've had lots of pain due to the boots insole wearing rapidly. I had to pry an answer from the service rep. There was no explanation of difference between the boots or a substancial opinion. I asked for two sizes, I explained I've had issues fitting shoes. Came out with only one size. I was not able to compare both sizes because he kept taking them back to storage. Again, he seemed extremely bothered. Mr. Eliseo, with all due respect, you need to do better. Your services are not free. I will definitely forward my complaint to my department."

"Came here because my job is trying this new vendor..but didn't like the place at all i prefer global.and costumer service was poor.wanted to buy some socks the package was open and last package of the kind i wanted..the guy told he couldn't sell it to me cuz he thought it was some missing i ask him to give me a discount he said he couldn't do that ..then i count them for myself and it was a pair extra so instead of selling me the package with the extra pair of socks he took it out ..so i left the package right there.. Now he has a open package ..dint earn 12 dollars (package price) and has an unhappy costumer .."
