"This store only carries the Sneakers that have just hit the market. In 6 months to a year later if you want them again I've found usually I have to go elsewhere which is just ridiculous!"
"I went to exchange a defective pair of shoes from Dr. Scholl’s and the store manager refused to exchange them. He wasn't very attentive and didn't want to help. Then I went to another Famous Footwear store and they helped me out and exchanged the defective pair of shoes. Tradition branch just lost a local customer."
