Lux Terra Blue

"I’m used to Black Angus being an upscale steakhouse, this location was anything but. I came in at 7:40 pm on a Monday evening. The atmosphere was a mixture of a hospital cafeteria-Dennys. I ordered a New York strip with mashed potatoes and it came with a salad. Their salad was rather basic with non-crisp lettuce. The main course took 38 minutes to get to my table and they were not busy. The steak was mediocre with tons of fat. The mashed potatoes were dry and a super small portion. The bread that came out to start the meal was actually the highlight of the food. My server was at my table a total of 3 times, to greet me and take my order at same time, to hand me my plate off the rolling robot tray, and then to bring my check which also took forever, as I was done for a bit before asking for my check. The manager was very friendly at the end when I was honest to my server about how my food was. She said I should have said something before paying, but I wasn’t answering honestly to get a free meal. She said they were a new location so hopefully it gets better as they go."

"So Black Angus is in Transition to become Luxe Terra Bleu. It seems like management and staff and decor and signage are all in a bit of a jumble. They were short staffed when we went, but everyone was very kind and doing their best. The food was decent enough - Not bad but nothing to write home about. They were very accommodating though, when we had special food requests. They serve dinner rolls with the dinner orders and I appreciate that the roles were served hot. The salad and sides were real good. I had the two 4 oz filet mignon plate, and I ordered them medium rare, and they definitely came medium to medium well. They also have food service robots, and while it was kind of cool and cute to see them in action, they were really kind of silly... and they make these little gentle beeping noises that sounds clashing with the music and they're pretty much constantly going all night. I wouldn't not go here again, but I wouldn't go out of my way to go here. I am curious what the new restaurant, when fully established, will be like."

"To start, my husband chose this restaurant for us due to good reviews and the desire for steak and seafood dishes. We were a party of 3 adults. The location was slightly difficult to find coming in from the backside of the restaurant due to small area of parking for size of restaurant. We had made a reservation for 7:30 pm. This evening the restaurant had only a few patrons dining in at peak time for dinner. The staff were very friendly with our waitress being very attentive (refilling drinks in a timely manner and answering all our questions). The restaurant was clean and kept up well. They have a neat robot that delivers food to the table. Now...the food....ribeye steak was mediocre (not bad but not great)....Mr. Angus dish was quite small in portion with VERY thin steak slices. I ordered the Large snow crab leg dish at market price of $45. It came with 2 small barely steamed broccoli stalks. The crab was VERY dry and full of sand/grime. The "cluster/knuckles" were completely empty with no meat at all. Previous reviews had raves about yeast rolls and honey butter. This visit we had very small sourdough bread slices with plain butter. Kind of a let down from expectations. Hoping this visit was just an "off" night...might would give another chance when visiting Orlando again."

"We stopped in on our last night in Orlando and loved this place! Everything was so delicious, staff were very attentive, and Barbara especially was great with our autistic son who insisted on telling her about his video game (he also loved the robots that deliver your food!). Great place!"
