"Team needs customer service training. We put in an order yesterday but because it was between 1 hour of closing. The store should have it ready for pickup. We had to call the store around 12:45pm and the young kid was oh you have to wait 7 days for pickup. We were like no email said it would be ready in two hours. Order was not prepared till we called, she put us on hold then said hey lady your order is ready now. If we do a pickup, the staff should take the time to recover order and not push off the customer with wrong information. Only after you push the online information, is when they go do their job. Bad service and attention"

"This location is always clean and neatly organized. I have only encountered nice, friendly employees the times I have been in. I actually went in to look at what they had to offer in clothing. I do wish their selection was a bit bigger, but you think Skechers, you think shoes, so I guess their selection is sufficient enough."

"I've been having problems walking and I had an old pair of Skechers and I put them on and it seemed like I was walking better so maybe it was my old shoes so I went out and bought a new pair and we'll see how they work. The bottoms look like an octopus to me and prices for sneakers are high even though you get one pair 50% off but I didn't like any of the other pairs"

"I walked into the store, and there were two employees in the aisle before the one I was in, laughing and talking to one another. They didn't bother to offer assistance, no greeting or anything. The cashier was busy with another customer. I tried on various shoes for about 15 mins. I found a pair like without assistance. Both of the employees saw me and continued to ignore me. I guess entertaining one another was more important than the customer."
