"This one star is due to the lack of attention and poor service of the two ladies working on the sale floor today. They didn’t greet me as I walked in, then saw me looking around and didn’t offer help. Once I asked for help they didn’t seem to want to help and told me they didn’t have what I was looking for and that I could just try and find it online or go to another location and continued having a personal conversation. I ended up finding something similar to what I needed and spent close to $100. They didn’t offer me or made aware of any or they discounts at checkout. Overall horrible service"

"Great Staff. The Employees including the Managers are amazing, however company policies that are either too restricted or most likely misinterpreted or both, is forcing many of these employees to profile its customers and eventually treat them unprofessionally. There is a huge and serious disconnect between corporate employees and retail employees that in some instances creates a vacuum and a no man’s land for the customers."
