"I am new to the area and tried this grooming salon for the first time. When I came home I noticed my dog’s back leg had been bleeding. I called the shop and was told a comb nicked a bump on her leg and caused her to bleed. I was unaware of any bumps and in 7 years of grooming elsewhere, she never had this happen. Grooming had always been a happy experience. My dog was sent home with an open wound on the back of her leg without me being informed. I should have been told about this immediately."
"Third time in a row that the price has gone up! No warning, no sign and charged $87 for a 37 pound dog. The job they do is mediocre to poor. I usually have to remind them to do everything that they’re supposed to do and sometimes I have even had to bring the dog back to have the job completed. No more! I am done with Four Paws. Lot’s of other grooming salons that change fair prices and do quality work!"
"Very professional. My Goldendoodle always looks gorgeous after her groom. She doesn't have to sit at the groomers all day because the scheduling is done so well. Staff is always friendly and very responsive and helpful."
