"Terrible place. One of my dogs needed to be shaved, but the other one didn’t, we were specific about not shaving the dog, and they did it anyways without even calling to ask and when he didn’t need it. They kept excusing themselves by saying “he had a few knots” just chose the easy route. Wouldn’t show me the dogs until the bill was paid. Charged $360, didn’t even clean their ears and nails are still very long, cut their lashes for no reason. Don’t know what kind of shampoo they used since they dogs are very itchy now. Don’t come to this place."
