"I have been coming here since the very early 2000s as a kid with my parents when they had a timeshare. I practically grew up here and visited every year up until I was 20. I revisited back when I was 23 or 24 for family and it’s still great! Came back when I was 27 with some friends and I hope it is still there because at some point I’d love to opt in for a time share and continue visiting a place I loved and grew up with! I totally recommend this place and my bf who is from Oregon loved it & Florida and we hope to be back soon!!"

"We came in late on Friday night and stayed for only 2 nights. It was my first time at the keys and I wasn't sure if it would be a good location but it turned out to be great. On Saturday, we explored the Key West and other places on the way to Key West ( saw key deer and flamingo). It was about 2 hour drive each way. On Sunday morning, we took our time to enjoy the stay. We had the corner unit 301. Slept the windows open with the sound of the ocean. I was concerned about the shared deck but it was pretty quiet and peaceful. After we left the hotel, we drove into the everglades before we check in to our next hotel in Hollywood. It gets windy a little bit and the keys aren't known for their beaches. Just FYI."

"We arrived on a Sunday and the office was closed. They close at 11 on Sundays. The key was left for us but no towels for the pool or beach were left for us. The room was dated. There was a cliff bar left on the floor which makes me think housekeeping is not that good. We called the phone number of the hotel multiple times and left a message no one got back to us. Not even the next day. When we finally went to the office to talk to somebody they said that there is an emergency number on their door. Ummmmmm thanks. Maybe try to put the number in the rooms or on the website where people actually look? Also a very loud huge family was staying there and they took over the beach area day and evening. All around bad."

"Im torn on how to do this review.....I want to discourage others from coming so we get in when we want, however, it's not fair to the staff and property. We LOVE it! The rooms are absolutely perfect! Very clean and well appointed. The decor is beautiful. The grounds are clean and well maintained. The staff is wonderful! They made us feel at home right away and treated us like long lost friends. Such a comfortable, welcoming, kicked back resort. It's a keeper and on top of our "will be back" list!"
