"Terrible place. Far from everything. And poor service! I booked a stay at this place through AIRBNB with a host named Ana Maria. When I arrived to check-in I was required to message host for check-in information. I of course did the following but Ana Maria was unresponsive for about an hour. As I waited I got a vague response of “keys at front”, I assumed maybe I’d have to check-in through a receptionist. This place also has full families living, not fully a hotel, bear in mind. I entered and was greeted though by a nice gentleman who unfortunately told us there were no room. According to them they no longer booked through AIRBNB, idk who I was speaking to but why would you ACCEPT a reservation without checking your availability? Luckily AIRBNB was able to help me get a refund. The nice gentleman in the front offered a room but that took too long and I realized how loud the building was with the many families it had. I got refund and was shown the potential rooms but once Ana Maria found out I requested refund she refused to have us. If she ever considered how much time she wasted us of our trip, money and experience she possibly could have offered a discount or something, but nothing. I thanked the gentleman and felt totally embarrassed of what happened in front of my partner. DO NOT BOOK THIS PLACE. Not worth the hassle. I do not blame the receptionist at front, he was considerate, the host/manager however should learn of taking courtesy when she upsets and inconveniences her guests."

"Very disappointed with this place! My brother died and when I went to claim my brother's belongings I found that there were missing things along with money. The hotel would not return my brother's deposit or his rent that was paid in advance. The hotel owners nor their attorney will return my phone calls. Very shady place!"

"I'm a truck driver that drives a day cab (no sleeper) so naturally I needed a room for the night. I picked this place because it was on the more affordable side since I get up early and hit the road. Thier website allowed me to book room after 11pm or so, I paid for an uber to get here only to be told by security that they leave at 11pm. Nobody to call no nothing and the guy said come back in the morning. It already charged my card I $99 for the reservation. I think. But I ca t talk to anyone. Will follow up in the morning."

"+ has a small kitchen and the bed is at the end of the room, away from the entrance door. The night shift receptionist was slightly kind. It has Roku TV with lots of content - the bathroom smelled terribly like weed. The pillows are horribly thin and the mattress cheap quality as well"

"I enjoyed my stay here. My room was on the 7th floor and had a small full kitchen with a stove, full sized refrigerator, lots of cabinets and well as a few pots, plates, utensils, etc., bathroom, a queen sized bed and my favorite was the balcony. The hotel was quiet and felt more like a resident community than a hotel. Only issue was there was some dust on a few of the surfaces but nothing to complain about unless you’re an entitled brat who doesn’t realize no one is perfect. But If you’re looking for a place to stay that feels like home, I highly recommend."
