"Highly recommend! Clean rooms, great breakfast and good customer service. Breakfast ends at 10am and it was 9:55am and the staff was still filling empty containers :) Bed very comfortable and thick comforters on top of sheets. Towels were soft and felt almost brand new. Hotels is walking distance from lots of shopping places. You will not be disappointed."

"We’ve had mixed experiences on our Florida trip, so I was ecstatic to find a great hotel! The room itself was HUGE. Big roomy shower, plenty of hot water. The room toiletries were quality - smelled like citrus. The laundry bags are large and there were extra blankets stocked in the closet. The room temperature stayed cool, and the bed had thick layers of soft, breathable fabric. I slept soundly all through the night and didn’t want to get out of bed this morning! Keurig in the room with Green Mountain coffee. Amazing breakfast had tons of options. The only complaint I have is that there was no meat on the breakfast. So I’d give it 4.55."

"It is an overall good hotel. Clean and neat. The additional fees are crazy! The breakfast is good, with different hot options every day. 24h hot beverages machine. Nice staff. I would like better pillows. Small gym but with the option to use the LA Fitness in front. There are several Tesla and EV chargers in front, within walking distance. Several dining places around and a Regal Movie Theater. Nice pool with jacuzzi with jets. There were no towels at the pool."

"Searched for an hour and booked this hotel specifically so my husband and I could enjoy a pool and spa on Saturday night, last night of our vacation. After a four hour drive, we checked in and went straight to dinner so we could be back in time to enjoy the facilities before they closed. We weren't told the pool and spa are completely closed today for minor painting that was completed many hours earlier. Had we known we would not have booked this hotel. Front desk person initially tried to fib and said "we didn't know the pool would be closed when you booked", but I pointed out we booked about 120 minutes ago. She then offered that we could use a nearby indoor gymnasium lap pool before I pointed out that it closed hours earlier. Front desk wouldn't offer a price adjustment, transfer to another location, or any type of compensation for being unable to deliver the product they promised and we purchased, so now we've got a plain motel room (that smells like a wet dog even though it is supposed to be pet free?) on our last night of vacation. And for primo Saturday-night-hotel-with-heated-pool-and-spa prices. We're not unreasonable and are not just trying to get something for cheap or free. Management could have made things right so easily, but instead chose to sour a guest's experience. Best Western pulled a bait and switch. Getting paid is more important to Best Western than making sure the customer gets what they paid for."

"Excellent hotel at a great price and location. Rooms were spacious and clean with modern furniture and very comfortable beds. The bathroom was large and clean with plenty of towels. We all had an excellent sleep. The breakfast was abundant and delicious with eggs, toast, oatmeal, bagels, yogurt, fresh fruit, juices, cereals and a high end latte and cappuccino machine. We were all very happy with our stay."
