"Carter's is usually so much fun to shop at. However, today I was disappointed because they hardly have any Easter dresses for little girls! I wanted to send mine to New Orleans, but it's still cold there and I could barely find a sweater to go with a dress. I put the few things I picked out back. I just didn't LOVE any of it. Oh well, next time."

"Came to pick up an online order. Took a moment for an associate to acknowledge me. Didn't appreciate the look one associate was giving my child. Body language says a lot. Since it was an item I really needed and it was cheaper to go pick it up at the store, I might make a purchase in the future."

"Love this store . I have nephews and this is the first place I stop to shop for them. What I don’t like is their protocol for certain shoppers especially ppl with strollers . It’s not pushy it’s just very consistent. And I get aggravated consistently answering “no thank you”. So now I shop online only."
