"While the staff is sweet and welcoming, they aren’t respectful of the timeframes THEY commit to. I had a fairly large order that had to be turned around quickly. Understandably, this was a big request of them especially during the holiday season. However, I was promised that they could have it done and paid a rush fee in order to get it done by the time I needed them. Not only was it not completed by the time they promised, it took me showing up to the store to get a status as no one called me to advise it was going to be late and no one would answer the phone. After showing up the day after I needed them, they advised it was in process and they would be able to get it done by end of day. I asked for the ones that were already completed so I can start shipping those out only to be told they had not started the order (this was 9 days after I dropped it off originally). I came back that evening and all were done. Product came out great and exactly what I ordered, but the lack of communication and transparency is frustrating. Would recommend only if you don’t have a tight deadline."

"They are very bad company and don’t comply with the time frame at all. I am very very upset because my boyfriend works for the state and he needed some shirts done and they didn’t bother to get them done at all. They threw the shirts at him like he was some sort of dog. I will be reporting this business to the better business bureau and to everyone else. I don’t recommend this place at all. I have even called on the phone and they are very rude and sometimes they don’t answer the phone either. Please don’t do business with this place. This place will lose their licenses I will make sure of that."

"Beautiful products, perfect monogramming, outstanding customer service! I ordered monogrammed beach bags for my granddaughter’s 13th birthday’s beach party. As a courtesy, they even wrapped the towels and Yetis (that I got on my on) along with the bags, all color coordinated, all complimentary. This is the perfect place for anyone looking for special and personalized presents. Highly recommended! I. Cabrera"
