"Simply one of my favourite boutique in Miami for children! Have been going there with my daughter many many years. All the clothing are just unique, exquisite :) last few days I visit noticed one of the girls long hair which she was very loud a little off… Smoking in front of me and another client. I noticed something was off… It wasn’t nice looking. Especially when this is a children boutique. Personally never had this situation before in this boutique. Tried to call the store several times."

"NO ONE IN AMERICAN IS SERVING CLIENTS AS FRAUDULENT AS OWNER IS. Horrible. Im truly in shock. I don't even have to write a review, it's all said and done from the prior customer below my review. My apologies to the sweet girls working there, but i dont know how the owner is still in business and they should leave while they still can. I hope this is a BIG RED FLAG. Via phone the owner tried to manipulate the situation by defending her non existent exchange policy(nevermind money back) after I brought dress back after purchasing less than 24 hours with all tags on and original bag. She even had the nerve to ask my age when I called her out on NO ONE IN AMERICAN IS SERVING CLIENTS AS FRAUDULENT AS SHE IS....Is a bad reputation really worth $168? Truly Pathetic."
