"Worst customer service ever the cashier who didn’t have a name tag on so I don’t know her name was so rude when I get to the counter she is hanging clothes and tells me to wait while she’s finished to help me out mind you she has about 12 items to hang I just came in to pick up my online order. Was it to much to ask for to stop a moment attend the customer and once finished continue with your task? Terrible service won’t be shopping here again"

"Tried to return unused clothes and Barbara, which did not want to give full name, as the “manager “ said the stickers were not with clothes but I had them on the side. She said I could not return the clothes I bought which did not fit my daughter. I WILL NEVER BUY FROM HERE AGAIN"

"I'm so disappointment with this store. I went in to exchange pants and the doors were closed before the scheduled closing time. I knocked for like 5 minutes and no one answered. I could see inside and the employees were on the register l. I continued to call and on the second attempt they finally answered. I was asking why are the doors closed if it's not 7pm. The employee said the systems are loading so they had to close before time. Out of courtesy the employee should have came to the door and advised instead of ignoring the call while they can see in with my new born waiting outside of a store that should be opened. This is so unprofessional and by the other reviews I can see this store does not have the best service."

"1 star because I wasn’t allowed to give 0. Worse customer service ever. I came here to write because this is not the first time I have a bad experience at this store. Employees doesn’t care on their customers not even if you walk away leaving back all the stuff you planned to buy. You always have to wait too long to paid even when there is more than one cashier at the store and she of stared at you and go away to stack clothes. Not even an apology for the delays. This is the kind of place you won’t miss when it disappears. Online shopping is much better"
