Boater's World Lake Placid

"You find out the most about an organization when a serious problem arises. I recently bought a boat from an individual who'd just purchased the trailer for it from Boater's World in Lake Placid. For whatever reason, the trailer turned out to be the wrong one for the boat. I realized this after I had already bought the boat and was getting ready to submit boat, motor and trailer for registrations. Ordinarily, being a 2nd party and not the original purchaser, I might have had real problems getting the situation straightened out. Not so with Boater's World. Senior Sales Consultant Robert Brown recognized the seriousness of the situation immediately, figured out the solution and my new boat was on the correct trailer in 3 days.
