"This place was horrible, the power went right after we checked in. I had just got off elevator, thank God. Room was Smokey it was horrible. To add on to what I was you replied saying that I could have notified the staff the staff was very much so aware of the power going out, the staff was very well does the room and stink is all outside the staff was very aware that we were unhappy with the room we wanted a refund and our money but yet we couldn't even get a chance to stay at the room we had to spend more money to get another room horribly disappointed never again will I stay at sleep inn near Busch Gardens"

"Stayed for a couple of nights in early February. The room was clean, and comfortable. The fitness center was nice. The only glitch was with the TV on the first night. It's one of those smart TVs. We couldn't get it to turn on. After several minutes of trying we went down to the front desk. The person there told us to try unplugging it (i.e., rebooting it - classic). The only problem is the plugs were behind a hutch ... anyway, after crawling on the floor and reaching back behind big dusty things to feel around for cords we got it rebooted and all was well."

"Clean rooms, shower. Atmosphere is ok. I enjoy the stairs to the second floor. Breakfast is a brown bag lunch. Coffee is good. Front desk people are stern and have no bedside manner. Due to the populus that they cater to, ya years of wear and tear has taken its toll. If you can get passed that and enjoy a secure place to lay your head, and clean up, this place is ok. Basically its an overpriced Redroof inn. I would not over pay to stay here though."

"I made these reservations for a friend who was going to Tampa for a family members funeral. Upon arriving she was informed that management requires $50 per night deposit that if the room is fine at the end of the stay I’d get it back. This should be disclosed on the website! She was given a room on the first floor. When they turned on the light there were tiny roaches running everywhere! She went to the front desk, told them what was wrong and asked for another room. Had it not been late I would’ve asked for my money back and looked elsewhere for them to stay. The second room was on the second floor and appeared to be roach free. At 7 am they went down to the lobby for breakfast only to find coffee and waffles! Nothing else…no fresh fruits, juice, bagels, eggs or meats! If you’re diabetic, you need to eat and eat proper. What was available wasn’t enough to eat and not what I would consider to be a complete hot breakfast! Very disappointing stay! Won’t be coming back!!!!!"

"Adequate lodgings on a budget. Room was fairly clean. Bathroom needed a deep clean, ceiling had some mold spots and other accumulated gunk like hair. Biggest peeve was the coffee maker was broken, served only decaf. They had not brought in coffee for the guests AND IT HAD BEEN BROKEN FOR 1.5 WEEKS. Gym was fine. Did not use the pool. Shout out to the receptionist who was delightful"
