"Wow! The associates at this store are by FAR the best I’ve encountered in my 10+ years of visiting Build-A-Bear workshops. Alyssa and Christie were amazing, sang songs to my 18 month old, told jokes to my 10 year old, were super patient while the 18 month old rejected almost every possible stuffy until finding the magic one he wanted - I mean, I was genuinely amazed by their service and friendliness. I’ve had other nice associates in other locations - and some who seemed to wish they were dead instead of working at BAB, but these ladies went above and beyond. You could tell they really enjoyed interacting with the kids - and the parents! The store was very clean, well organized and well stocked also! 100% would recommend this location to anyone considering adopting a new friend while in PCB!"
"I really never go out of my way to write a review.. but the workers today (2 younger lady’s & a younger man) were absolutely amazing with my son. It was his first time at build a bear and all 3 of the workers took the time to make sure my sons first experience was extra special! I couldn’t thank them enough for the way they treated him & they were so patient with him. Absolutely amazing 10/10 HIGHLY recommend.. if I could give them 100 stars I would"
