"Nice place, nice people. Not the same store it used to be 2 years ago, but it's more organized now, and the dressing room out front is cute. Some of my favorite articles of clothing are from here. Worth visiting if you're ever out that way or are just curious."

"I've been going to this thrift store since 2012. Jason ran it as a true non profit thrift store then. I do love this thrift store and their staff. Their staff has always been kind for the most part. I do hate seeing the prices going up. I feel like this has been the only true thrift store open in the area up until recently. When I see a instant pot listed for $100 in the store. A old canner listed for $30. Those are not thrift store prices. Those are consignment prices. It saddens me to see this. I've also watched and listened to how the workers figure the prices by going on E-Bay. I've saw things sit in the Thrift Store for MONTHS because they wanted $30 for a stroller. When you can get that stroller new for $40. I look everything up before purchasing because thrift stores will put things higher than what they are worth these days. The condition of the stroller wasn't good. I bought a name brand almost new one from y'all for only $15 while that other one sat for those months. Jackets that are not name brand shouldn't be $5 either. This goes for the shoes and clothing too. My toddler wanted a pair of rain boots. They were in terrible condition. You wanted $2.99. I couldn't spend $3 on boots that were in awful condition. They should have been priced .99 or even .50. We ended up putting them back. My family has fallen on hard times more than once. This store has always been a god send to get us by up until recently. I will say your baby/toddler section is wonderful. The prices are the best. I can't afford some of your other prices when I can buy the same thing at Walmart on the clearance rack for less or even dirt cheap for less. I think the price situation needs to reviewed and work on before I can give a better review. Just a honest review. We still love you guys!"

"I love this store….everybody is so friendly, great merchandise and prices. I hope it’s around for a long time. It’s like Lays potato chips. I can’t walk by my pantry without stopping and getting some."

"I have been going to Crossroads for years now. I have watched them go through new owners, new management, new rules. I've seen changes in staff, prices and the attitude of the people who worked and shopped there. Now, it feels like it used to when Jason was in charge and the staff have been blessed with a purpose to help the community. I hope it stays this way forever! I enjoy spending time with staff like Ashley and hearing her testimonials about how she loves working there!"

"I am thoroughly impressed! When I think of thrifting, Crossroads is one of my "few" favorites. I only have 3 in total I shop at. lol. Its local, its convenient and any time I need a last minute item I am able to get it for a small price and I always find extra goodies. One of my favorite items I picked up was a out of the box, carpet cleaner looked brand spanking new. I needed one but could not afford a new one at the moment and for such an amazing deal I refused to leave without it. :)"
