"This is a bit of a mixed review. I called to have a pair of boots held for me because it’s about 42 mile drive they held them when I got there nobody could find them very disappointing. That said they stepped up to the plate offered me a discount And a team member named Genesis was extraordinary and helping out with the ordering the boats and getting them to destination so great save."
"All of the associates were awesome, however, one in particular went above and out. Shoutout to Genesis (I hope I got your name right I’m pretty sure I did) she was spectacular! She deserves a raise, a promotion, a bonus, something! She stayed after her time to help me out, and even made calls to OTHER stores 1000’s of miles away in Pennsylvania to try and help me find a single item I needed, and she found it. Adding to that, I didn’t even end up selecting that item, and she was still super sweet about it. What a hard worker. I hope you don’t have to work 2 jobs anymore. Nobody should have to do that to survive. Thank you. Will definitely be back. :) The only other thing to add was the stock wasn’t great, but it wasn’t horrible either. Definitely could’ve had a bit more of a selection here and there, but overall that was fine."
"I went yesterday & was looking for a good pair of boots. The customer service was outstanding , very helpful and polite. I was shown a few pairs & decided on the DAN POST MEN'S MILWAUKEE WESTERN BOOTS - SNIP TOE. They are amazing quality. I plan on going back sometime soon to get another pair but maybe a different style & brand. Hands down best pair of boots i have ever bought. 10 out of 10 on the boots & the customer service. So friendly & very helpful staff."

"Less than 1 star for bad customer service and lack of inventory when they are a new store. Been there twice and never get acknowledged by the staff that never seem to have much to do. I find out they’re based on commission or incentives. So if your only buying one item or doing a return no service. I was waiting in line to do a return, the only one in line I may add. Two store clerks ignored me and helped a family of 3 literally passing me opening up a new register to help this family and I just stood their in shock. No apology or nothing. Never going back! That’s just one of other reasons to not go back. Disappointing for this company to hire such staff."
