Quality Inn

"Where do I begin? So I have been staying at the quality inn for about a week the hotel staff was so unprofessional that I couldn't even ask for extra towels because I had to clean the floor myself to get the yellow film off the floor and when I asked for extra towels, they refused to give them to me But that's not even the worst part. I was staying there to get away for abuse a boyfriend the boyfriend was threatening me, my life and my friends life and I tried to do the right thing and I went to management asking if they could secure the outer doors , so that he couldn't get in inside the building. Instead of taking my request seriously and securing the doors not only does she not secure the doors, but she kicked me out into the middle of the night alone with him I could've been murdered. . Kick me in all my luggage out in the middle of the night with nowhere to go. I will never stay at the quality Inn ever again as long as the same staff that Was working there During this time is there."

"It's unreasonable an illegal to distort psychologically at a place of business,no matter who the customer is or whose paying for the hotel room for the person or if there paying for themselves. The problem i personally had was just that,along with housekeepers waking me up walk right into my hotel room, while I was asleep I had a do not disturb sign on the door handle, they started cleaning an had me packing to leave without a refund or reimbursment for the next two days, I had already paid for, that's not how a business is even suppose to run, it needs to seriously be corrected. Show there intentions already, were no good for customers."

"If I could give this place zero stars I would. We stayed here due to a family emergency and it was AWFUL! To start there were no towels in the room at all. The ice bucket had obviously been used and when I asked the front desk for a clean one they argued with me that it was clean and that was only condensation on the plastic bag and bucket that i was looking at. When I demanded a clean one the clerk did not know where they were and said that I would need to speak with the day shift in the morning. There was dust on the lamps and furniture. The floor was atrocious. It didn't look like it had been swept or mopped in who knows how long. There were dead bugs and bug body parts in the floor. The stairway also had not been vacuumed. There were wet floor signs all through the hallways but they were just there for show. Security was also a big issue. There was a sign on the doorway at the end of the hallway saying not to use the door for an exit but the door was ajar and damaged where anyone could have slipped inside without a key. Check out the photos I have posted and do not stay here. I feel nasty after having to spend the night here!! Also, make sure to google this address and crime. This place is not clean and definitely not safe. I put the chair against the inside of the door to try to give myself some sense of security to be able to sleep through the night."

"What an absolute nightmare! Several issues, the room was dirty, there was a door that led out to a balcony with a sign that said the door must remain locked at all times. The only problem is that the lock was on backwards and you had to lock it with a key on the inside, but could simply be opened from the outside. The front desk clerk said it was important to keep it locked as they have had several problems at the hotel. Lastly there were upwards of 20 people in the parking lot smoking pot and we just didn't have an overall good feeling for our safety. I went to the front desk and asked for a refund and found another hotel for our stay. the front desk person said she couldn't do that but called the manager. The manager got on the phone and started cussing at me and said there would be no refund. I told her about the lock and the security issue and she said that drugs are legal and that i was expecting too much. I have contact the corporate office to let them know about the issues."
