"Large paved concrete pads that are level. This place opened in 2023 and it's amazing what is there! Large pool, dog park, laundry, bath house and Large lounge area. Close to Pensacola. We will be back!!"

"Nice Clean and Comfortable Campground, Easily get to the Beach or NAS Pensacola within 20-25 Min. Pads are nice and level with a nice Club house and Pool area. There is a Dollar General and Small Grocery Store just a couple of miles from the campground. Easy access from the HWY and nice wide roads within the campground."

"My husband and I live here full time in our RV. The owners are amazing and go above and beyond to make sure everyone has everything they that need. The park, clubhouse, bathhouse, and entire grounds are clean and always kept up. They are very dog friendly with a dog park and dog wash on site. Very close to Foley, Pensacola, beaches and parks. If you’re wanting long term, short term or just passing thru Sun City is the place to stay. You won’t be disappointed!"

"Sun City RV is a top notch resort. Owned and operated by a wonderful family that excel in customer service. Spots are on even and clean pavement. No pooling or flooding areas at all. Very nice and easy to set up. The park is brand new and while some parts are still being built, including the pool, this visit was worth every penny. The bathhouse and clubhouse are wonderful and always clean. We used the oven to meal prep and enjoy some evening TV relaxing on the couches. Located away from the busier areas this spot is nice and secluded and backs up to a cotton farm and woods with ATV trails. Very dog friendly with a 2 sectioned dog park and even a dog wash!! Close by to the beaches and beautiful walking trails in the parks. If you have a dog go check out River Road dog park and Pirates Cove both of which are on the water. We will be making this a regular stop when driving between Texas and Florida. Can't wait to see the pool when it's done!"

"New RV park in Elberta, about 20 minutes from Foley and easy driving to get to the beach areas. Pros:Quiet evenings, open skies and the laundry facility was in great condition. Owners are courteous and very helpful if you have any concerns during your stay. Bathhouses looked very nice when we checked them out too. The also provide a decent sized dog park with two separate sides to pick from. Cons: The site was too short for us to keep the truck there, forcing almost every patron staying there to park their vehicle in the site next to them. Spaces are not very far from your neighbor either, so when this park is full, privacy is out the window. We booked online and would've had to pay extra to pick your spot, we opted not to, and when we arrived, they assigned us next to someone else when almost the entire park was empty, which is why we chose to book here in the first place. We wouldn't of been able to use the site due to them having their additional vehicle parked in the site, but moving sites was not an issue thankfully. Overall, its a nice place if you are moving through for the amenities and location, or a quiet place to keep your rig while you hit the beach towns."
