"I would never shop here again because Della, the general manager has terrible leadership skills and awful customer service. She’s rude and extremely unhelpful. Plus, she lied about “matching prices”. Rack Room Shoes corporate office confirmed they can match prices physically in the store (not online) and Della confidently told me they do NOT match prices and she as a GM, has never done it before. Della was a little too excited to make sure I had her name right to confirm with corporate office as if she was content in her decision to lose me as a customer and a sale over a $15 swing. That’s fine. They also lost my entire family as customers too and now you all know about it too. Yes, they CAN match prices according to Nanette in corporate, today 8/15/2023. Della not only has poor leadership in her position, she doesn’t have proper training either. She should also learn how to treat people and how to speak respectfully to them."

"Their 'Reefs' are always fairly priced, and most of the time, "buy one get one half off." Between the 2 of us, we've made at least 10 purchases here. I'm always able to get in and grab a little surprise for my SO and get out quickly. We love this store."
